I am a young woman camping alone with 2 dogs, the other campers and the camp management made me feel very safe, and happily welcomed my pups. The bathroom and property is well maintained, with hot/cold running water. The owner is extremely friendly, helpful,and fun to talk to. The campsite was quiet and directly across from the state park. Really enjoyed my short visit here and will definitely come back !
NOW THAT BECKE THE MANAGER IS GONE,I AM SURE IT WILL BE A BETTER PLACE. IT USE TO BE A PLEASANT PLACE ...STLL HAS POTENTIAL IF THE RIGHT MANAGER WAS THERE.
Methed out manager, unkempt, uneven campsites, out in the middle of nowhere, a trailer is the office with a mangy attack dog right out in front, mainly a stay for you cracked out homeless people out there.
Hill is the optimal word here. Narrow roads,switchback definitely not for long campers.
